Shinsha's Musings - Facebook/Windows7

I got pulled in...

I am spending way too much time on Facebook. Don't even get me started on Mafia Wars.

In any case I am not going to do any new pieces till after I install the Windows 7.

At this point they are not allowing you to do an install with the ability to drop the old legitimate version in to verify you have it. I am going to have to do a full harddrive wipe and reinstall Win2K, before I can upgrade to W7. Its going to be time consuming dealing with all the tweaking, partitioning, re-installs, etc. It will probably take at lease a week or two to get things back to the way I like it, and then back it all up.

Hopefully I will be set for a while after October. I will have my new computer I built, my new monitor, and a new OS. At the rate tech changes it should be good for at lease 48hrs.
